Thanks so much for taking a few minutes to learn a little about me.
It all started years ago...
Just out of the military and fresh from college, I had arrived in Los Angeles, ready to start a brand-new career. I was also recently divorced, broke, and living out of my car!
Back then, the math was simple: "If I don't succeed, I don't eat!"
Soon, I found myself freelancing for a national ad agency, working with a client who was under the gun and desperate for immediate results. Clearly identifying the problem, assessing the landscape, uncovering key insights, and implementing a solution, I led the team to achieve what many folks thought was improbable...even impossible:
Converting the brand's -40% losses into a +69% rebound.
Lesson Learned: Crisis = Opportunity
Since those early days, I have specialized in 'turn arounds,' seeking out organizations, clients, and situations that faced the toughest battles...where risk was high and success was anything but certain.
